You can send the original text by mail, fax, and e-mail or use the order form.
When inquiring about the translation price, send us the information listed below.

1. Name 2. Your legal status (company/individual) 3. Zip code, address, phone and fax number, email address 4. Source and target languages (from what language into what language should the translation be made) 5. Type of content (personal letter, contract, product manual, etc.) 6. Level of complexity: basic, practical, text for publication, official document, technical writing (indicate whether or not you want a specialist check) 7. Layout designing (yes/no) 8. Desired time of delivery (before month/day/hour, you can also specify a day or week of delivery) 9. Delivery method (collect the translation in person, mail, fax, email) 10. Others, special remarks

Note: if you send your text using the order form on this website, the layout and any special characters will be lost. If you wish to preserve the original layout, or if the text contains characters other than Japanese or alphanumeric, send your text using an alternative method, such as mail, fax or email attachment.

■Order

We will inform you about the estimated price within 24 hours from your inquiry. You will also receive an order form containing the relevant information by fax of email. If there is no problem, send this form back to us indicating the payment method (you can pay in person, visiting our company, or use a bank transfer).
If you answered ‘yes’ in item 7 on the above list, please specify the desired layout as exactly as possible.

The order is considered placed when we receive the order form from you. Once the ordering process is finished, we will send you a confirmation of your order. From this point, cancellation fees apply, if you decide to withdraw the order. Refer to the ‘Translation Fees / Delivery Periods’ page for details.

■Payment and Delivery

We will contact you when the translation is ready. If your payment is made by means of a bank transfer, please send the billed amount to our account, indicated on the order confirmation form. As soon as the payment is confirmed, we will send you the translation using the delivery method of your choice.
